In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied, or if you experience any adverse reaction, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assess the situation and provide or direct you to an appropriate remedy.
All appointments start with a free consultation to ensure a safe and effective treatment. This relies on sharing information with me, and I ensure I protect your privacy on these potentially sensitive topics with professionalism and respect. All appointments conclude with a feedback and home care discussion. Please follow the recommended aftercare advice carefully to help achieve the best possible results and longevity from your treatment.

24 Hour Notice Cancellation / Change Period:
Cancellations or changes are appreciated up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. I can often change appointments or services within this time frame, so please contact me as soon as possible to lock in your new appointment time.
Running Late: I understand this can happen. Please call or message me to let me know.
Illness: Please reschedule if you are ill, as I cannot work if I pick up your illness and do not wish to pass anything to my other clients.
Emergencies: If you experience an emergency, please contact me to change your appointment at your earliest convenience.
Refunds: Unfortunately, I cannot refund any pre-purchased promotions or package deals. These may be available over a specific time period, so please check the details.

I reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel any appointment at my professional discretion if I believe a treatment is not suitable, safe, or aligned with your needs. In some cases, I may recommend or refer you to another service provider or a medical professional who is better suited to support your unique requirements or to provide medical advice. If this occurs, no fees will be charged. I may also be able to offer another type of treatment to utilise your appointment time.
I am committed to treating every client with respect, care, and professionalism, and I kindly require the same in return. Any unacceptable, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in the appointment being cancelled and the client being asked to leave. I reserve the right to decline any future bookings in these circumstances.
A consultation form and treatment plan must be completed and signed at the start of each appointment. By signing, you confirm that all relevant medical conditions, sensitivities, and information have been disclosed in good faith to ensure your safety, hygiene standards for the client and therapist, and the best possible treatment outcome.
Patch tests may be required for certain services. These are complimentary but may require a 24-hour waiting period for results.
In some situations, you may be offered the option to sign an indemnity form to proceed against professional advice. In other cases, the treatment may not be able to go ahead for health and safety reasons.
Consultation time is included within your booked appointment time. Occasionally, appointments may run over to ensure quality and care.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be adapted to fit the remaining time; however, the full original appointment fee may still apply. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you are running late, and I will do my best to accommodate you where possible.
